Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the Fondazo website (fondazo.com) or participating in our educational workshops, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use our services.

Description of Services

Fondazo provides educational workshops and resources focused on community savings organization in Paraguay. Our services include:

  • Educational workshops teaching transparent tanda organization
  • Training materials and documentation templates
  • Guidance on conflict prevention and group management
  • Bilingual instruction in Spanish and Guaraní

Important: Fondazo provides education only. We do not manage savings groups, hold funds, or administer tandas on behalf of participants.

Educational Nature of Services

Our workshops teach organizational principles and provide frameworks for self-management. We do not:

  • Provide financial advice or recommendations
  • Manage or administer community savings groups
  • Handle, hold, or distribute participant funds
  • Guarantee outcomes or results from implementing our teachings
  • Assume liability for how participants apply learned concepts

User Responsibilities

When using our services, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate information when contacting us or registering for workshops
  • Use educational materials responsibly and ethically
  • Not reproduce or distribute our proprietary workshop materials without permission
  • Respect the intellectual property rights in our content
  • Not use our services for any unlawful purpose

Workshop Participation

Workshop participants agree to:

  • Attend scheduled sessions or notify us of cancellations
  • Participate respectfully and constructively
  • Maintain confidentiality regarding other participants' information
  • Apply learned concepts at their own discretion and responsibility

We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel workshop participation for disruptive behavior or violation of these terms.

Intellectual Property

All content on our website and in our workshops, including text, graphics, logos, templates, and educational materials, is the property of Fondazo and protected by copyright laws. You may not:

  • Reproduce materials for commercial purposes
  • Modify or create derivative works without permission
  • Remove copyright or proprietary notices

Workshop participants may use provided templates for their own savings groups but may not resell or commercially distribute them.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Our educational services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We make no guarantees regarding:

  • The success or outcomes of savings groups using our methods
  • The suitability of our frameworks for all situations
  • The prevention of all conflicts or financial issues
  • Uninterrupted or error-free website operation

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fondazo shall not be liable for:

  • Financial losses incurred by savings group participants
  • Disputes arising within community savings groups
  • Misapplication of taught organizational principles
  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Our liability, if any, is limited to the fees paid for educational services.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Fondazo harmless from claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

  • Your operation of savings groups

Modifications to Services and Terms

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue our services at any time. We may also update these Terms of Service, with changes taking effect upon posting. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Paraguay. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Paraguay.
